A focused diagnostic for a team: a Work Personality Inventory (WOPI) group profile plus a facilitated session to surface real patterns — communication friction, motivation gaps, decision-making bottlenecks — before they become expensive problems.
A 3–6 month engagement combining 1:1 performance mentoring with practical self-regulation tools, including methods drawn directly from my own research on managing cognitive strain, without requiring people to step away from their work to use them.
