Performance Mentoring for Professionals

Science-based mentoring to improve work performance, resilience, and decision-making

Performance mentoring is designed to help you navigate operational, emotional, and strategic challenges in your work life. In professional settings, obstacles like communication breakdowns, confidence dips, or engagement issues can block progress. Sometimes, the biggest challenge is simply not having a safe, objective sounding board.

That’s where I come in. I help you gain clarity, shift patterns, and move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll tackle what’s holding you back and figure out what helps you thrive.

Workplace Conflict Resolution and Leadership Support

Conflict doesn’t mean failure – it signals that something important needs attention. Whether it’s a value clash, unmet expectations, broken trust, emotional overload, or organizational tension, I support individuals and teams in navigating conflict with clarity and care.

My approach is not about winning arguments or enforcing neutrality. It's about helping you understand what drives the tension, what needs are behind it, and how to move forward with accountability and mutual respect.

Work Personality Inventory (WOPI) Assessments

WOPI is a scientifically designed personality inventory (a questionnaire) that captures your brightest strengths, natural tendencies, and key motivators, considering the work environment. Built on decades of research, WOPI offers a precise snapshot of how you operate, communicate, and thrive in the workplace.

I will be helping you to understand and put your personal WOPI outcomes into context and into use.

For your information

Our services are available online but also in person in Estonia. In English or Estonian.

The number of sessions depends on what you are looking to achieve. Sometimes people need one session for clarity, and that's it. Sometimes we need to work on patterns or longer-term goals, and in that case, we will agree on our working pattern and the number of sessions together.

I encourage you to remember that habits and ways of thinking are created in time through repetition, so reframing them will also take time and repetition. It's a process that builds resilience through experiencing both success and failure. There are no magical solutions.
